Have a good day Ma'am /Sir, My name is Helen, 43years old,Catholic and High School Graduated from Zamboanga Philippines. 

My first working outside the Philippines was in Taiwan, taking Care of Grandma my Main duties are help her take shower , cooked food and feed, give her maintenance medicine. Bring her outside to do exercises. 

My second working experience was in Hongkong taking Care of kids . I woke up early in the morning to prepared food and bring it to School after I send to School I go home to do the household chores like Cleaning the house,Laundry, ironing, Marketing and cooking. 

Sometimes if I have a time I played and teach her personal hygiene and home work. 

My 3rd working experience was in Tsueng Kwan O Hongkong My main duties Are Cleaning the house, Marketing washing and ironing and most especially cooking. And sometimes we walk around the seaside for exercise. 

I am a hardworking, honest and dedicated to any work with assurance that I can handle it properly. 

I really loved cooking as well. 

Ma'am and Sir I hope you give me a chance to work again in Hongkong I promise I will do all my best and follow your rules and regulations.

我第一次喺菲律賓以外嘅地方做嘢係喺台灣，照顧奶奶我嘅主要職責係幫佢沖涼，煮嘢食同餵食，畀佢食保養藥。帶佢出去做運動。

我第二次工作經驗係喺香港照顧小朋友。我一早起身準備食物同帶去學校之後我送返學之後我就返屋企做家務，例如清潔屋企，洗衣，熨燙，市場推廣同煮飯。

有時如果我有時間我會玩同教佢個人衛生同家務。

我第 3 次工作經驗係喺香港將軍澳我主要職責係清潔屋企，市場推廣洗熨同埋最特別係煮飯。同埋有時我哋會喺海邊行吓做運動。

我係一個勤力、誠實同專注於任何工作嘅人，我保證我可以正確噉處理佢。

我都真係好鍾意煮飯。
