1. Who Can Write a Review?

The section emphasizes prioritizing "Verified Reviews" for authenticity.

• Verified Purchase/Service: Reviews marked "Verified" are those submitted by customers who have purchased a product or engaged services directly through the platform, verified via order ID or account history.
• Guest Reviews: Reviews from non-verified users may be accepted but will not carry the "Verified" badge and are subject to stricter moderation to prevent spam.

2. Our Commitment to Transparency

• We do not delete negative reviews: Reviews are published regardless of their rating (1 to 5 stars), provided they adhere to Content Guidelines, to show the "full picture."
• No Paid Reviews: Individuals are not paid to write positive reviews. If a reviewer received a product for free or at a discount for an honest review, it will be clearly labeled as "Incentivized Feedback."
• No Internal Reviews: Prohibits employees and suppliers from writing reviews for their own products/services to artificially inflate ratings.

3. Content Guidelines

This section states that the platform reserves the right to remove or decline reviews containing specific types of content.

• Inappropriate Content:

  • Profanity, hate speech, discriminatory language, or sexually explicit content.
• Private Information:

  • Personal phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses (belonging to the reviewer or others).

4. Moderation Process

All reviews pass through a moderation filter before (or shortly after) publication.

• We do not edit text: We will never alter the sentiment or text of a review. We fix obvious typos only if requested by the reviewer, but generally, we publish the text "as is."
• Right to Reply: EsySelect reserves the right to publicly reply to reviews to offer context, apologies, or solutions.

5. Licensing of Content

By submitting a review, testimonial, photo, or video to EsySelect, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content throughout the world in any media (e.g., using a quote from your review in our marketing materials or social media).

6. How to Report a Fake Review

If you believe a review on our site violates this policy or is fraudulent, please report it to our team immediately.

7. Third-Party Reviews
